The Lagoon team has no fewer than 80 collaborators who quickly embraced the software, seeing the real gain in autonomy they would achieve.
Regarding the management team, they worked closely with the Optimal RH teams to implement the Planning module in their image. Indeed, Lagoon also has technical teams that must be available at all times for their individual and professional clients.

The scheduling management module brings together all the essential information for daily HR management: availability, leave requests, recovery, etc. Thus, all staff can access it easily. This allows them to optimize costs by automating certain recurring tasks and thus reduce the risk of error.
