The ICAP is an organization whose mission is to promote projects aimed at economic rebalancing between Greater Nouméa and the rest of New Caledonia, with the objective of stabilizing populations in the interior and in the islands by creating new activities and sustainable jobs. Pascal RICHARD, Project Manager, describes to us how Optimal RH digitizes the HR management of the ICAP on a daily basis.

"Employees have the ability to clock in and out directly from their computer. Regarding leave, requests are now automated and staff have visibility on their remaining balance, as well as the forecasts for all employees in the entity."
Time for What Really Matters
The ICAP has been using Optimal RH since 2020 and has chosen to use the modules addressing the administrative management of its employees, the management of paid leave, and time tracking.
The latter allows for the automation of work hour calculation for better efficiency.

By eliminating the actions of (re)entering and other time-consuming tasks, the HR team can free up time for higher value-added subjects. And the topics requiring all their attention are quite numerous at ICAP to move New Caledonia forward!
