The SF2I group (Service, Training, and Computer Engineering) is a digital services company that simplifies IT for its clients. Founded in New Caledonia and also present in Polynesia and France, it supports businesses in managing their information systems. They adopted the Optimal.rh solution in 2023 for their 140 employees.

The motivation for adoption
Before Optimal.rh, SF2i's human resources management relied on several tools from the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The company felt that it was reaching the limits of this disparate system and sought to evolve. The main motivation was to find a unique and centralized solution to manage all of their HR processes, from employee management to payroll preparation.

Improvements and Ease of Management
One of the most significant changes concerns the management of expense reports. Previously, this process was managed "on scanned paper", which was inefficient for a digital company. Thanks to Optimal.rh, the process is fully digitized, which has drastically reduced processing times.
