Employees can find information regarding themselves (leave requests and history) and HR documents (bank details, contracts, revisions, sick leave, etc.) in one place.
The sources of error and misuse are reduced, communication within the team is more efficient, and the management of human resources and paid leave is more productive. The tool is ergonomic and very easy to use for employees.
