Immonord is a real estate agency located in Koné in the Northern Province, managed by Arnaud NICOLI since April 2022, and has a total of 5 collaborators.
By taking over management, the new director aimed to reorganize the services in order to make the staff of this small structure more productive.
"I have made changes in order to free the staff from administrative tasks, particularly concerning HR management. This decision was also motivated by the desire to preserve the confidentiality of salaries and other more personal aspects of the company's employees. Therefore, my priority was focused on the absences and leave module, which did not previously exist within the structure."

The director, having engaged with HR tasks and needing to maintain a high availability for somewhat specific files, required a solution that would save him time and provide better oversight of his workforce.

Immonord also heavily utilizes many other features of Optimal RH and has recently subscribed to the new Expense Notes module, "very useful for my agents who are often on the move," the manager informs us.
