The Local Mission for the Integration of Youth in the Northern Province (MLIJPN) offers several programs to support young people in their integration efforts.

A custom software
The first modules implemented were Leave and Absences and Time Tracking. The Career Management module was implemented later after all employees adopted the software.
Employees benefit from digitized HR services through their personal space. They can consult their absence counters, request their leave, declare overtime, etc. This service is accessible from their PC or smartphone.

The MLIJPN has therefore added the Career Management module which allows it to manage the skills and support the roles of employees and their development within the company. This module is useful for improving the qualification and job adaptation of employees and simplifying administrative management (contracts, documents, etc.). It is a real driver of loyalty to increase the level of involvement and motivation of employees.
