Sud Forêt, a company specialized in the management of the New Caledonian forest domain, sought to make its HR processes more efficient. "I believe that time-saving in my work is one of the main advantages because if I had to enter the schedule of each employee, as well as their time off, I would have no time left for anything else. This also implies better control and tracking for management as well. This software allows me to consolidate the different information necessary for processing salaries, which is done by a subcontractor."

Since the adoption of Optimal RH, Sud Forêt has seen several tangible benefits. First, a significant time saving in administrative work. Next, the software has allowed for better control and monitoring for management thanks to the centralization of information. Finally, Sud Forêt noted a streamlining of processes, which has led to better utilization of human resources and a reduction in costs.

Most employees at Sud Forêt quickly adapted to using the HRIS. Out of 16 employees, some encountered difficulties, mainly related to time constraints or a lack of familiarity with IT tools.
